Gifford Medical Center, and hospitals around the state, were previously required by law to create annual Community Needs Assessment and Act 53 Hospital Report Cards in hard-copy format. Some of these reports are below. The Community Needs Assessments reflected our communities' input on key health priorities and also reported significant data provided to Gifford in a wide variety of categories including demographics, lifestyle and behavior, chronic disease and access to health care.
